Standard Shipping and Handling
Free on orders of $300.00 or more before sales tax.
This charge includes packing material, shipping charges, and possible statement mailings, this is averaged out per region, and is designed to cover the costs.

Shipping addresses for pharmaceuticals orders and any medical devices Class II or higher must be a professional business address. Attempting to ship to a residential address will automatically cancel the order with no notification.
Pharmaceutical Shipping Charges
Pharmaceutical shipping charges are only applied once per order. Pharmaceutical shipping charges are not waived on orders of $300.00 or more.

Ambient charge – Applies to all orders with non-refrigerated pharmaceuticals.
This service keeps track of packages with pharmaceuticals to insure the temperature range is maintained between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius in transit (i.e. does not get too cold in winter, become too hot in summer). There is a charge for this service and this service is a Health Canada requirement we must maintain for pharmaceuticals.

Cold Chain Charge – Applies to all orders with refrigerated pharmaceuticals.
These products require additional care and procedures in order to fulfill Health Canada and manufacturer’s requirements for shipping. The cost reflects the additional packaging (Styrofoam cooler and cold packs) that are added to each cold chain package, and the next day shipping service required (this ends up being 2 – 3 days for the remote locations and may include more expensive packaging).

Additional Information
Charges incurred due to a customer request for package redirection or due to improperly provided address or shipping instructions will be applied to the customer’s account.
Once an internet order has been submitted, it is not possible to alter that order.
